Build Your Career in a Physician-Forward Environment at St. Luke’s Hospital

At St. Luke’s Hospital, we are more than just a healthcare system—we are a community of dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. As an independent, award-winning health system, we have been recognized nationally for our outstanding patient experience and unmatched quality of care. St. Luke’s Hospital for over a decade has been recognized for “Outstanding Patient Experience” by Healthgrades.

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our thriving team. This position offers a chance to partner with a well-established cardiology group in a highly desirable hospital location.

The Opportunity Includes:

  • Employed position within a prestigious hospital system
  • Both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care
  • Opportunities for experienced cardiologists or new graduates
  • Access to an extensive cardiology and primary care referral network
  • Resident teaching opportunities
  • State-of-the-art structural heart program

At St. Luke’s Heart and Vascular Institute, we provide a comprehensive range of advanced diagnostic, interventional, and surgical cardiac care. Our offerings include comprehensive echocardiography, treadmill and pharmacological stress testing (including PET), Cardiac CTA, Cardiac MRI, as well as advanced interventional cardiology and electrophysiology programs.

We have a dedicated cardiac imaging team that interprets all cardiac imaging studies. While not all cardiologists are required to read imaging, those with an interest or expertise in this area have the opportunity to continue that work.

This model ensures high-quality specialized interpretation by experienced imaging cardiologists while also allowing flexibility for other physicians to focus on clinical care, procedures, or subspeciality interests.  This collaborative structure supports both individualized physician practice styles and a unified, patient-centered approach to cardiovascular care.

St. Luke’s is proud to be recognized for its excellence, including:

  • A 3-star rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS)
  • Healthgrades America’s 50 Best Hospitals for Cardiac Surgery (2019-2024), the only hospital in Missouri to achieve this designation in 2024
  • Ranking among the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for cardiac surgery outcomes

As the exclusive alliance partner of Cleveland Clinic’s No. 1-ranked Sydell and Arnold Miller Family Heart, Vascular, and Thoracic Institute, St. Luke’s continues to deliver nationally recognized, high-quality cardiac care to our patients.
