About the Role
As a Hematologist/Oncologist at St. Luke’s Hospital, you will:
• Care for an average of 15-20 patients per day (inpatient and outpatient combined).
• Opportunity to specialize—physicians with subspecialty interests are encouraged to apply.
• Benefit from an established referral network, ensuring a steady patient volume and interdisciplinary support.
• Participate in clinical trials and research to advance oncology treatments and improve patient outcomes.
• Engage with our Cancer Resource Center, which provides vital support services, including education, coping techniques, and community resources for patients and families.
• Opportunity to teach and mentor medical residents through St. Luke’s Internal Medicine Residency Program, contributing to the next generation of physicians.
 
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:  
Education: MD/DO
Experience: 
Licensure: BC/BE in Specialty, DEA License, and Missouri Board of Registration of the Healing Arts.
ABEM/AOBEM preferred in Emergency Medicine
